If you find this message displayed on the Connection page "Missing EOL Printer Client", then you do not have the EOL Universal Printer Client installed. You can install the Printer Client by downloading the install from the "My Account" page on streetsaveronline.com. Alternatively, you can go to the following link which should automatically install the EOL Printer Client.
