This post applies to users who are connecting to StreetSaver through the Windows 7 operating system.

Symptoms:

Some or all of these symptoms may be experienced.
1. Connection is randomly slow
2. Randomly can't connect to StreetSaver
2. Randomly get disconnected from StreetSaver


Solution:

This solution should only be attempted by your Computer support staff.

- Run a command prompt (cmd.exe) as an Administrator
- Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

If you want to to re-enable it:
- Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
