If you're unable to connect to StreetSaver Online, and you're using
Windows XP Service Pack 3, it is very likely that the
Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control is disabled. When Windows XP is upgraded to Service Pack 3, the control is automatically disabled. Please follow the link below to view the step-by-step instructions for enabling the control.

1. Click the
Alt key and then click the
Tools menu.
2. From the
Tools menu, choose
Internet Options.
3. When the
Internet Options window appears, click the
Advanced tab.
4. Click the
Reset button located towards the bottom of the
Advanced tab.
It is also possible that the Terminal Services Client control is not able to load due to browser security settings. Click the bar at the top of the web page and choose "Run ActiveX Control" as shown in the following illustration.
