Open the browser, click on Tools, Manage Add-Ons, Enable or Disable Add-Ons.
Select "Downloaded ActiveX Controls (32-bit)" from the list that appears.
Find the Microsoft Terminal Services control, click on it, click the Enable
radio button at the bottom, and click OK.
