First look under your Add/Remove Programs and see if you have the EOL Universal Print Client installed.
If it's not installed, log in to "My Account" on
www.streetsaveronline.com using your login credentials for the online system.
Find the EOL Print Client download and install it on your machine.
Disconnect and reconnect to the online system and try again.
The automatic installation of the print client may have been blocked by your browser.
